Toyota’s Advanced VNA concept is based on the BT Vector A-series, which has unique space-saving and productivity-enhancing features. Its articulated chassis provides excellent stability and minimises the space required for aisle-to-aisle transfer, allowing more warehouse space to be used for storage. Productivity levels are exceptional, with outstanding work rates.
Articulated steering
For excellent manoeuvrability and fast aisle changes. Allows transfer aisle up to one metre narrower than required by a non-articulated truck.
Advanced Lift System
Reduces the amount of battery energy required to lift the cab and load, allowing two-shift operation on a single charge.
Personal protection system (PPS)
Front and rear mounted laser scanners to detect objects in the aisle. The truck is automatically slowed down or stopped to prevent a collision with a person or other trucks.
Navigation
Assists the driver to the correct pallet location, for improved safety, accuracy and productivity. Together with a Warehouse Management System the quickest route is pre-set.
Zoning
Assists the driver to help avoid mistakes such as lifting too high or driving too fast in resticted zones.
Quadset support wheels
