Designed around Li-ion battery technology
Toyota’s new stand-in powered pallet truck is a lithium-ion compact truck, designed for effective handling of goods in busy areas over long horizontal distances. With a lifting capacity up to 2 tonnes and a speed up to 12.5km/h, the new low lifter is powerful and easy to drive, ideal in tight spaces. The enclosed driver compartment offers a safe and comfortable workstation during long shifts as well as excellent visibility all around. The stand-in powered pallet truck is energy-efficient, enabling cost and energy saving in most applications.

Thanks to its compact design, the BT Levio offers excellent manoeuvrability with 360° steering and smooth driving. A quick change in direction is made easy, especially in busy and narrow areas.
Driver in mind
Drivers benefit from a newly designed operator compartment with improved ergonomics. The smart design includes an adjustable right-hand module and easy-to-reach controls. The intuitive touchscreen and adjustable sit/stand chair make for a comfortable and safe driving experience.

The ergonomic charging connector makes opportunity charging quick, easy and safe. BT Levio LSI200 comes with a choice of 3 intelligent energy packs, based on Toyota's own high-density lithium-ion battery solutions, for lower energy consumption and cost savings.
Boosted safety
Safe operations are made possible thanks to automatic speed reduction when cornering, and operator presence sensing. An integrated blue LED warning light is optionally available.

Looking for high-performance stand-in stackers? Toyota BT Staxio Li-ion D-model has been designed to handle double EURO pallets to increase productivity, while the LN-model is ideal for block stacking and stacking loads at elevated heights in narrow aisles. They both offer high visibility through the mast and great flexibility without compromising on safety.
Designed around Li-ion battery technology
Designed for high-intensity stacking applications, the stand-in li-ion double stacker Toyota BT Staxio can handle double EURO pallets with a load capacity of 1t on the forks and 1t on the support arms. With a driving speed of up to 11.5km/h, the SSI200D is also ideal to load and unload lorries and for horizontal transport. The SSI160LN model with its overhead guard offers a safe driving experience with excellent visibility all around. It’s ideal to stack loads at elevated heights up to 5.4m in very narrow aisles. The compact chassis is designed around Li-ion modular batteries, for lower weight and energy consumption. Both models provide a safe, comfortable, and intuitive driving experience that allows for productive and efficient operations.
