The solution is a complete package with the necessary hardware components, software, and supplementary accessories for a smooth automated flow. With all-inclusive, fully flexible rental terms starting from just six months.
How does it work?
The main components are the Toyota AGV, our T-ONE software and CallMe screen. So how do they work together to automate material handling flows?
- The pallet transport by the automated guided stacker is activated through manual input via the CallMe screen –a digital tool for the operator to start a logistic operation flow with the simple push of a button. This flexible and user-friendly solution can be used on any station and hand-held device with a connection to the web, either your own hardware or Toyota’s robust industrial tablet.
- The transportation routes are easily created and modified when needed with T-ONE software. This is done by our experts.
- 360° safety is assured by sensing technology that immediately slows down or stops the vehicle when detecting a person or obstacle. Thanks to smooth, millimetre-precise movement damage to goods and infrastructure is eliminated, stock issues and misplaced items due to disorganisation or putaway errors get reduced and ultimately this also results in lower energy consumption, beneficial for the operational cost. Additional safety is provided by emergency stop buttons located onboard the vehicle.
- Smooth communication and execution of the orders is ensured thanks to our in-house system software T-ONE.
