The Toyota Optio OSE120P is our low level order picker truck with 1200 kg load capacity, designed for intense first and second level picking in demanding environments where it ensures high performance and excellent ergonomics. The platform brings the operator up to a picking height of 2.8 m. With the lifting forks, the operator can work at a comfortable position. Our low level order pickers come with various fork lengths to handle multiple load carriers and different battery options, also for cold store applications.
Elevating platform & lifting forks
The easy‑to‑operate elevating platform lifts up to 1195 mm, enabling picking heights of 2.8 m for efficient first and second‑level picking. Its lifting forks raise pallets to an ergonomic height at the push of a button.

E-Steer featuring next-generation ergonomics with an interactive color touchscreen and an integrated heating option – or E-man, a reliable and user-friendly steering handle for effortless control.
Ergonomic driver compartment with platform
The large operator space, with features such as wide entry, low step-in, soft knee pads and comfortable backrest with handles, supports the pickers during their daily operations.
Safety lights
For increased safety in warehouse operations, integrated daytime running lights and blue or red warning lights can be ordered as optional extra. Daytime running lights will light up when the operator stands on the truck. Blue or red warning lights project a dot on the floor to warn other staff of the truck's presence.
Walkie buttons for drive & lift
The optional walkie buttons, located on the side of the truck, allow operators to move it forward whilst walking alongside. This minimises travel and reduces the need to repeatedly get on and off, ultimately improving picking efficiency and lowering costs. The forks can also be lifted using the walkie buttons.
Easy battery charging & maintenance
Toyota low level order pickers offer easy battery maintenance. The battery hood is easy to open and tilts into the driver compartment. Two charging socket options are available for Li-Ion batteries and the connector can easily be plugged in from the top or the side of the truck.Technical description
