The BT Tyro SHE100 is the new entry-level stacker model, perfect for light stacking applications. It can transport and lift loads up to 1000 kg. The SHE100 is available with li-ion technology for energy efficiency. It combines the features of a powered stacker truck with the small size of a manual stacker. The BT Tyro Stacker is the perfect solution for manual and semi-powered stacker truck users who want to step up to a fully powered stacker.

With the 60Ah Li-Ion battery and the 25A charger, charging of the battery takes about 2.5 hours. The charger is built into the truck for easy connection to an electrical outlet.

For which applications is the entry-level BT Tyro stacker truck suitable?

Our entry-level stackers can support occasional pallet stacking, transports of lighter goods and ergonomic order picking. Ideal for low-intensity applications where productivity is not a priority for the operation such as in DIY stores for replenishing and working tables in stores or production.

Are the BT Tyro stackers suitable for use on gradients?

The entry level stacker SHE100 is suited for even floors.

How to charge the battery on these entry-level stacker range?

The BT Tyro SHE100 comes with a built-in battery and charger that is easy to manage via a wall socket connector which means the charging can be done anywhere. A battery management system (BMS) is included to control charge/discharge, temperatures, short circuits etc for reliable use.

How long does the battery on the BT Tyro stacker model last?

All models in the BT Tyro range come with li-ion technology. Depending on model and application the battery can last a different number of hours and needs a few hours to charge.

We offer a 12-month/1000 working hours (whichever comes first) warranty for BT Tyro units sold in your market, provided that all the maintenance conditions have been duly followed by the customer and performed by trained technicians, as detailed in the operator manual.
