Work responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of Accounts Payable (AP) workflow approval by responsible employees
- Day-to-day accurate AP invoices (including purchase order, invoices, statements etc.) processing including Invoice booking, Payments, Vendor & Inter-company reconciliations, AP period closures, AP vs. GL reconciliations
- Dispute Resolution: Addressing and resolving any discrepancies or issues with vendor invoices, working with the appropriate teams to resolve disputes
- Support auditors with requested documentation as per defined deadlines
- Fulfill other ad-hoc tasks assigned by Team Lead.
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with vendors, Sales companies and SSC Departments responding to inquiries, and resolving payment-related issues professionally.
- Cooperation with crossfunctional team members within Sales companies and SSC
We expect you to
- Have professional degree in Finance or Accounting or studying in this field
- Work quickly and be accurate: be focused on the details and have ability to deliver accurate results within short timeframe according to deadline
- Have self-driven and excellent time management skills, can work under pressure and have ability to work with remote supervision
- Have good analytical and communication skills
- Have ability to work in a changing environment
- Be good at English: able to write, read and speak
- Knowledge of SAP Financial Accounting program will be considered as an advantage
