Yes, you can purchase goods from us only if your billing and delivery address is in Estonia.

When you order hand pallet trucks you can pick a custom colour for your truck. Choose the BT Lifter model then, under “Adds-on” section, you can select “Own colour” option. After we have received your order, our customer support agent will contact you to discuss colour options.

After your order placement our Back-office team will check and prepare you order, confirm stock and send you an order confirmation. If you would like to modify your order this can be done by contacting us directly after order placement and we will see if it is still possible. However, you are bound by the order after order placement. Read more about our return policy.

Immediately after you have successfully placed your order, you will receive an e-mail with all order details. When the order is confirmed by back-office personnel, you will receive an email confirmation entitled "Your order confirmation". 

You can find the status of a particular order and view your order history on the order status tracking page.

If not otherwise specified in mandatory binding legislation as far as applicable, we shall accept the return of undamaged Products or other items delivered, subject to the condition that they the packaging and seals are undamaged, they are not items made to order, they are returned to us free of charge and the return has been previously announced to us in written form not later than two weeks after the delivery of the Product.

Paid invoices regarding agreed returns will be credited by issuance of a credit note. The amount refunded shall be the same as the purchase price paid, provided that the items in question are received by us within three weeks from delivery.

After you place an order, you will receive an invoice along with the order confirmation. You will find the amount of payment, payment receiver, payment terms and other details stated on the invoice.
